Something truly magical is happening on Wednesday 12th August. The Moon will cover 92% of the Sun, creating an incredible solar eclipse that promises to be a breathtaking experience. Key eclipse times: 🕡 Begins: 6:18pm 🌑 Maximum eclipse: 7:14pm To honour this powerful celestial event, I'm hosting a special Eclipse Session from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Together we'll: - Ground with breathwork - Flow through gentle movement - Watch the eclipse unfold - Enjoy a guided meditation - Set powerful manifestation intentions while embracing the energy of this rare event. This is the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves you, and call in everything you're ready to welcome into your life.
