The Journey: Vinyasa Flow is a vinyasa yoga sequence that builds towards one peak pose. Each class has a unique theme, exploring a story and intention to deepen body-mind connection - taking you on a journey. Find appreciation for your body, and leave feeling a great release with a renewed sense of energy. For both brand new beginners and those with a deeper yoga experience alike, this empowering flow class is a great way to incorporate some movement into your day.
