This Warehouse takeover, is inspired by our immersive Ibiza Retreat experiences of harmony-experiences.com.

For the past 6 years, We Are Hummingbird have been working with DJ retreats in Ibiza, working with some of the biggest names in the industry including Gorgon City, Sam Divine, Rob Da Bank, and even global music tech leaders like Pioneer DJ. This is true music knowledge in action, a celebration of the power music holds to inspire, heal, and support mental wellbeing.

Expect an evening like no other:

Ian from We Are Hummingbird opens the night with his powerful and inspiring talk on mental health, guiding you through the emotional and healing power of music, all delivered directly to your wireless headphones for a nod to that Ibiza Retreat magic. Feel each beat as you’re taken on a musical journey that ends with a soothing guided meditation.

Then, Emily takes the reins with her signature psychedelic breathwork workshop, straight from her Ibiza retreats, a mind-expanding experience designed to lift you to another dimension.

Soul Flow

A slow-flow vinyasa class, set to downtempo soulful sounds to leave you energised and nourished.

With a combo of sound therapies, deliciously held poses, and slower beats this is a nourishing way to spend your Friday

Suitable for beginners and more experienced students alike.

Flow State

A stronger vinyasa flow but not as dynamic as Power or Rocket Yoga, this is a vinyasa practice, with more time to connect breath and movement.

It is fun, playful and funky in its style , with uplifting playlists to carry you to the next dimension.

This class is suitable for adventurous beginners and more experienced yogi’s with modifications and options throughout.

Many studios and teachers use sound and music during their classes, however Emily brings her knowledge from a range of yoga disciplines, techniques and methods to offer a dynamic and unique music-driven form of Yoga, infusing a sacred practice with engaging rhythms. Emily encourages students to find their own inner rhythm, allowing them to release emotional tension and blockages through movement. This class is designed to build strength, core stability, power, and flexibility within an unapologetic and empowering Yoga experience.

Who?

Emily is passionate about delivering authentic, real and playful yoga experiences. Drawing upon her experiences and knowledge organizing and hosting classes, workshops and retreats, from across the world, Emily is bringing her warehouse nights to her hometown of Portsmouth for a monthly modern wellness session. Each session is expertly curated down to the last detail. Lights. Music. Vibrations. Colours. Shadows and Cadences , sequences, effects and even scents. This is a super-stimulating, comprehensive and playful way to elevate your yoga practice.
