Q: Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes — Flourish & Nourish memberships renew monthly so your practice stays consistent. You can cancel or pause with notice if your circumstances change.
Q: Can I pause my membership if I’m away or unwell?
Yes. I understand life happens , just get in touch and I’ll help you pause where possible.
Q: What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?
Unused credits do not roll over, but you can book 30 - 60 days in advance so just make sure you use all your credits before the next renewal.
Q: Do I need to book classes in advance with a Membership?
Yes — booking secures your space and helps me manage class sizes. Walk-ins are sometimes available if there’s room.
