Autumn Yoga & Lunch at Court X

Join Emily for an energzing vinyasa class and guided meditation at the beautiful Court X Southsea, followed by a delicious Lunch from the Cafe Fresco. 

Flow, Move and Meditate at the gorgous studios at Court X with an energzing vinyasa class taught by Emily. Simply focusing on the need to nourish your body and soul, this super chilled and friendly class is perfect for all levels including beginners. 

After class, refuel and enjoy a delicious menu from Cafe Fresco's serving a variety of homemade cakes, light lunches, sourdough baguettes and hot and cold drinks, catering to a range of dietary needs. - Take a look at the full menu here 

If youre feeling brave, you can enjoy last beams of winter sunshine and soak up the good vibes from your early afternoons class on the Terrace, overlooking Southsea and Canoe Lake or keep warm and soak up the views from inside.

• 50 Minute Vinyasa Flow Class including 5-minutes of introductory breathwork 
• 10 Minute Closing Shavasana Meditation

• Access to the Members only Court X Sun Terrace

• Please bring your own Yoga Mat*
• Please show your ticket at the entrance
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Please make Emily aware of any injuries in advance and ensure this is clearly noted on your class waiver.

Please Note: - 

A small number of yoga mats are available to borrow, however these will be issued on a first come first serve basis, please contact Emily if you wish to reserve a mat.

*Please note, I try to keep all my paid events and classes afforable and accessible to everyone, therefore in order to keep the price down, lunch is not included within the ticket.  This can be purchased seperatly on the day directly with Cafe Fresco.
