Join Emily for a yoga class specifically designed for runners rest and recovery. Soothe those aches and pains and enjoy this ultimate stretch out. 

This gentle active recovery session incorporates full body tension release especially focusing on those achy legs and feet. Whether you've practiced yoga before or a complete beginner this class is suitable for all levels including beginners. 

All mats and props supplied by Sweat Southsea, you just need to book on and show up!
