Salute the Sun: Beach Solstice

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with us on 21st June as we welcome the longest day of the year with movement, connection, and the magic of the sea.

Join Emily at 7am for a 50-minute beach flow, saluting the rising sun as it climbs over the horizon. Move with the rhythm of the waves, breathe in the fresh sea air, and honour the light, energy, and new season ahead.

After your practice, keep the solstice celebration going. Jump on the paddleboards with Claudia at Island Feather, warm up in the pop-up seaside sauna with Portasauna, or simply stay a while, sip a coffee, meet new people, dip your toes in the sea, and soak up the beautiful morning energy.
