In yogic philosophy, Agni is the sacred inner fire. It is the force of transformation, the energy that digests experiences, emotions, patterns, and beliefs. When Agni is strong and balanced, we feel clear, energised, present, and aligned. When it is dimmed, we can feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected from our own direction.

This Solstice Celebration is about tending our own fire, our inner sun.
