Summer 2026 is calling, and our Beach Yoga sessions are back bigger, better, and more magical than ever.
Get ready to flow with the waves, soak up the sunrise, and feel that unbeatable sea breeze reset your mind and body.
Join Emily at 7am for a 50-minute beach flow, moving with the rhythm of the ocean as the day begins. After your practice, keep the morning magic going, hop on the paddleboards with Claudia at Island Feather, or warm up after your sea dip in the pop-up seaside sauna with Portasauna.
Stay a while. Sit with a coffee, meet new people, dip your toes in the sea, and soak up the calm energy of the morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed, connected, and energised.
Whether you’re a yoga newbie or a seasoned yogi, these sessions are for everyone, all levels welcome.
