Inspired by events across London and New York City join Emily for a beautiful and unique Sunset Yoga class 100 metres above Portsmouth Harbour at The Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth PO1 3TT. Hosting the original Yoga in The Sky Event in 2022, Emily's sell out Sky High Yoga experiences combine a fusion of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork with incredible playlists, refreshments plus extra little gifts, treats and extras surprises for each guest.
