Join Emily for Unite: an empowering afternoon of wellness, connection, and community as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2025.
This completely free event is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, while also raising donations for Free Flow Portsmouth, a local charity tackling period poverty.
Event Schedule:
✨ Opening Soul Circle & Cacao Ceremony – Set intentions and connect with like-minded women in a sacred space.
🧘🏼♀️ 40 -Minute Flow Yoga – A gentle, heart-opening session to move, stretch, and centre yourself finishing with an empowering meditation.
🌊 Wild Women Sea Swim – Head to Southsea Beach for an invigorating dip in the sea with our supportive community.
