A Deep Reset for Body, Mind & Nervous System, the perfect Friday night release.
It's time to let go of built-up stress, and reconnect to your body in a nourishing, art-filled space. Join me for a grounding and deeply restorative evening of Yin Yoga and live Sound Bath in the beautiful creative setting of Aspex Gallery.
Our Friday evening session starts with Emily leading an extremely slow-flow 45-Minute Yin Yoga practice, combining long, juicy holds with gentle restorative poses. This is a practice of doing less to feel more, designed to help you unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Following the yoga session, Emma will guide you into deeper relaxation with a 30-minute live sound bath using singing bowls, bells, and gong. This meditative sound experience helps clear energetic blockages, support emotional release, and calm the nervous system.
