    Secure your spot in this unforgettable journey with a £150 deposit. This deposit ensures your place in the retreat and allows me to prepare everything for your adventure. The remaining balance can be paid closer to the retreat date, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan for this transformative experience.

    You can also choose to make payments including the deposit by paying in 3 instalments when you spread the cost paypal pay in 3 when you choose that option upon check-out. Please refer directly with paypals terms and conditions for more information.

    ​Regardless of the option you choose, please note that full payment is required 12 weeks before the retreat begins to secure your participation in this unforgettable adventure. I recommend booking early, as spaces are limited and this unique retreat fills up quickly.

    Yoga by Emily deposits and instalments are non-refundable. When signing up for a retreat, you are entering an exchange with Yoga by Emily and I recommend reading through my terms and conditions thoroughly so that you understand the commitment.

    What’s Not Included

    • Flights: You are responsible for booking your own flights to Malaga 

    • Tips & Gratuities: Tips for guides and staff are not included and are at your discretion

    • Meals & Extras: Any meals, souvenirs, coffees, or other purchases outside the retreat are not covered

    • Additional Tickets: Tickets for activities or attractions purchased during free time are not included

    • Travel Insurance: It is recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for peace of mind and to cover unforeseen circumstances

  • Terms and Conditions

    Yoga by Emily Retreat – Terms & Conditions

    By booking a place on a Yoga by Emily retreat, you are entering into a binding agreement. Please ensure you have read and fully understood the following terms before confirming your booking.

    1. Booking & Payments
    Your place on the retreat is not fully secured until the full balance has been paid. A deposit is required to reserve your space, with the remaining balance to be paid in instalments as outlined below.

    Payment Schedule:

    • 28th August: £150

    • 6th November: £150

    • 29th January: £150

    • 1st April: Remaining balance

    If payments are not made by the due dates, your space may be released. 

    2. Deposits
    All deposits are non-refundable.

    3. Cancellations (By You)
    If you need to cancel your booking, I will do my best to resell your space. If your place is successfully filled, a refund may be issued. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

    I strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against any unexpected changes or cancellations.

    4. Cancellations (By Me)
    In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by Yoga by Emily, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

    5. Agreement & Responsibility
    By booking, you confirm that you understand you are entering into an agreement and have considered all necessary factors, including travel arrangements and personal circumstances, before committing.
